Wrenleigh Atelier is operated by MTG GLOBAL LLC. This policy describes delivery of orders placed through our store.

Destinations and shipping cost

Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout, with no minimum purchase. Available delivery methods and your order total are displayed before payment. If checkout does not offer delivery to an address, we cannot accept an order for that address.

Order processing and transit

Standard transit is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Processing happens before transit and varies by item and destination; contact contact@wrenleighatelier.shop with the item and destination for an estimate before ordering. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and international delivery may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Tracking, delays and address changes

When tracking is available after dispatch, we will send the details. Check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly about corrections; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is late, missing, incorrect or damaged, email us with the order number and relevant details so we can investigate.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and customs charges, where applicable, depend on the destination and may be assessed by local authorities. Review the information shown at checkout and local requirements before ordering.
