Refund policy

We want you to know how to request a return or refund from Wrenleigh Atelier. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Return window and eligibility

Request a return within 30 days after you receive your order. For a change of mind or sizing return, items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags where applicable; include proof of purchase. Contact us if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described so we can address the issue.

How to request a return

Email contact@wrenleighatelier.shop with your order number, item and reason; include photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send an item before receiving instructions.

Return shipping costs

For a return due to preference or size, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us first and we will arrange or cover the appropriate return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection and refunds

After a return arrives, we aim to inspect it within 5 business days and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider determines when the credit appears; timing can vary. Cancellation and changes

Contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. After dispatch, the return process above applies.
